Mukuni Village is a Royal Village which was founded around the 13th Century and it is a home to the Leya people. The Chief invites visitors into his village to get a glimpse of how his people have lived for generations and to learn a little about their tradition and beliefs.

Visiting the Amazing Victoria Falls, Mukuni Village and the David Livingstone Museum all in one day.
This tour is combined with other historical and caltural tours making it a half day .
You will be picked up from your respective lodge or hotel to the David Livingstone museum in our air conditioned bus for a guided tour. This tour lasts for 1hr 30min. Then we proceed to mukuni village which is about 20min drive from the museum.
The chiefs guides will take you round the village, they will show you a glimpse of how the people have lived for generations and you will learn about their traditions, customs and beliefs. This tour lasts for 1hr 30min.
Lastly, we head to the Victoria Falls which is about 15min drive from Mukuni Village. Any visit to southern africa would not be complete without visiting the magestic Victoria Falls. Your guide will give you all the necessary information about how the falls were formed and what local customs and traditions surround them. The falls tour lasts 1hr30min. Then You will be droped back at your hotel.
